		<description>I attended a motivational conference in January. Michael Eisner, the former CEO of Disney made this same point. He argued that Disney movies were much better when they had a more limited budget. He titled his speach "Thinking INSIDE the Box". As long as the box he's talking about is the budget I don't have a problem with this logic.
I totally agree that any govenrment would make wiser decisions if they had a little more respect for where the money came from.</description>
