I printed this one up and posted it in my cube the day it came out.
I’m the office Mythbuster when ever a new email gets circulated.

Also, If you listen to interviews that he has done you’ll see that one of Adam Savage’s biggest beefs about his own program is that they do go through the rigor but it just ends up being edited out because it doesn’t make good TV.
