		<description>Frequently I find myself plagiarizing one thing or another in order to learn the process. At work I will reference another design to make sure I am doing mine right. Typically we call these "do-likes", as in do it like this. When I sew I'll compare my other's work to see how they solved certian issues. I can see how in "do-likes" in photography could be useful in order to learn technique. But I agree with you. Ultimately you should move beyond this and create something new and different than others have done. If everybody gets used to plagiarizing those before them who will be the innovators creating new techniques?</description>
